You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities, implement market development initiatives, and manage relationships with existing key opinion leaders as well as establish new KOLs to influence and drive market trends. You will work in close alignment with internal stakeholders to coordinate and implement programs that support Abiomed's mission of increasing education, awareness, and adoption of Impella therapies.You Will Be Responsible ForDevelop and implement a market development strategy to drive therapy growth and adoption Identify and analyze market opportunities to expand the company's presence and reach. (Existing & new indications, Key account segmentation) Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders & Societies in the industry to enhance the company's reputation and influence. Support KOL, Clinical & Non-clinical engagement plans, including partnerships, collaborations, and speaking opportunities. Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for market development initiativesAct as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align market development strategies with overall business goals & strategic decision-makingQualifications / RequirementsBA/BS required. MBS or MBA preferred.>7 years of related industry sales & market/therapy development experienceMastery of cardiac anatomy and clinical data, ideally combined with medical device backgroundPrior KOL management experience or existing relationships in geographic areaMust be able to travel overnight extensively (70% depending on geography)Strong understanding of regional health care policy and payment systems, including hospital and physician reimbursement.Outstanding interpersonal skills, experienced developing relationships at all organizational levels to influence business objectives.Ability to balance strategic thinking with intricate planning and strong tactical execution.Demonstrates responsiveness and a sense of urgencyExcellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and EnglishRequired SkillsPreferred Skills:Business Development, Customer Centricity, Developing Others, Healthcare Trends, Inclusive Leadership, Interpersonal Influence, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Presentation Design, Revenue Management, Sales, Solutions Selling, Strategic Sales Planning, Sustainable Procurement, Tactical Planning, Technical Credibility, Vendor Selection
