This is a strategic role where you will manage three critical categories: Marketing, IT, and Corporate Services, driving sourcing strategies that deliver innovation, efficiency, and measurable value across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead sourcing strategies across Marketing, IT, and Corporate Services.Oversee spend analysis, market intelligence, cost assessments, contract development, and supplier relationship management.Guide the team to follow standardized sourcing processes and governance.Deliver cost optimization initiatives and value-creation projects.Partner with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.Integrate market insights into sourcing plans and supplier strategies.Monitor performance and ensure compliance with budgets and frameworks.About YouWe’re looking for a professional who brings:Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.Solid experience in one or more of the following categories: Marketing, IT, or Corporate Services.Experience in large-scale procurement organizations or leading consultancies will be highly valued.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (CIPS or Project Management certifications preferred).10–12 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier relationship management, and procurement systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba).
