Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, based in Almaty. The Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, analysis, and reporting, managing client relationships, assisting in the development of real estate strategies, and supporting the execution of transactions. Day-to-day tasks will include data collection, financial modeling, and preparation of presentation materials. Qualifications Market Research and Analysis skillsClient Relationship Management and Communication skillsFinancial Modeling and Reporting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience in commercial real estate is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field
