Associate – Enforcement & Intelligence Team

SKC Law, a leader in IP services, is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Position: Associate – Enforcement & Intelligence Team Requirements:Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university;Licensed PERADI attorney and/or certified IP Consultant preferred (open to non-PERADI license holders);Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;Strong interest in Intellectual Property Law with a solid understanding of trademark, copyright, design and patent laws, including relevant international treaties;Adequate experience in IP enforcement, covering client advisory, criminal and civil proceedings, IP-related agreements, C&D actions, online enforcement, investigations, and/or cross-border protection. Responsibilities:Advising clients on IP protection, enforcement strategies, and dispute resolution mechanisms;Drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements (e.g., licensing, assignments, NDAs);Issuing C&D letters and takedown notices;Coordinating digital IP enforcement efforts with e-commerce platforms;Conducting IP investigations, including market surveillance;Handling cross-border IP protection initiatives. If you’re ready to contribute and grow in the field of intellectual property law, send your application and resume, cover letter, academic transcript to careers@skclaw.id with the subject " Associate – EIT - [Your Name]." Join us at SKC Law and face new challenges every day!
