Create your own futureThe Kempen Global Listed Infrastructure Fund is a growing fund within Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management. This is an opportunity to contribute as the fund builds on its seven-year track record and beyond. As a Portfolio Manager, the role involves analyzing and investing in the equities of infrastructure companies, within a truly global fund.As Associate, Global Listed Infrastructure, you will be part of a team responsible for executing the fund’s investment process and philosophy, and actively contributing to the marketing and sales of the strategy. Entrepreneurship and cooperation are highly valued at our firm; therefore, you will collaborate closely with other portfolio managers in the Global Infrastructure team as well as with client-facing colleagues and various investment professionals within Investment Management.Key responsibilities include:Analyzing listed companies that operate or manage infrastructure assets such as utilities, pipelines, transport, and digital infrastructure.Integrating sustainability opportunities and risks into investment analysis.Translating analyses into trades to actively contribute to investment out-performance.Working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Your talentsCompetitive and entrepreneurial, combined with the drive for commercial activities to market the fund: these attributes describe the ideal candidate for the Global Listed Infrastructure Fund Associate role at Van Lanschot Kempen. Affinity with or experience in infrastructure is important for this role.You also have:4–6 years’ experience in investing in or analyzing companies active in infrastructure (Utilities, Industrials, Communication).Experience in using AI tools for business analysis.Experience with incorporating sustainability goals and objectives into investing, and engaging with companies to drive change.A passion for teamwork—given the small team relies heavily on collaboration throughout the idea generation and validation process.A university degree, preferably with a CFA qualification, or willingness to obtain it.Investing in a more future-oriented, sustainable, and data-driven way with a variety of clients, both nationally and internationally, is our mission. As a Vice President Equity Portfolio / Fund Management, you will also be given:a gross monthly salary between €5.900 and €7.000, commensurate with your knowledge and experience. additional flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (containing a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra legal leave days) You can utilize this by buying a bike, monthly gym membership, but also to save up for a sabbatical!
