Associate ERP Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the RoleWe are looking for a finance qualified Associate Functional Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting and business processes, combined with a keen interest in ERP systems and digital transformation. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in finance, ERP systems, or business consulting who is eager to grow into a functional consulting career.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze client requirements, map business processes, and design tailored solutions.Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, and creation of functional specifications.Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing post implementation support.Work closely with the development team to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system customizations.Assist in data migration, validation, and reporting activities.Maintain up to date knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities and updates.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent (part-qualified acceptable).Strong understanding of core financial and accounting principles (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Flow, etc.).1–2 years of experience in ERP systems, finance, or business process consulting (exposure to Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms preferred).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.A strong interest in technology and digital transformation.Team oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
