Associate ERP Consultant (Trainee) – Supply Chain Management

Location: Finland , Start: September 2026 What you'll actually do As a Trainee Consultant, your day-to-day work will be practical, varied, and hands-on. You'll: * Work with real ERP systems (Infor M3) - helping customers improve processes in purchasing, production, and inventory. * Understand business processes - analyze how companies buy, produce, and deliver products, and identify ways to make it faster, smarter, and more efficient. * Collaborate with customers - join workshops, ask questions, take notes, and make sure the solutions we implement truly solve their challenges. * Design and document solutions - translate what you learn from customers into clear instructions for the technical team. * Support training and go-lives - help users understand new processes and assist during system launches. * Learn continuously - from workshops, mentors, and project experience, you'll develop skills in business analysis, consulting, and ERP implementation. Think of this role as hands-on learning every day, where you'll gradually take more responsibility as you gain experience. You won't just be observing -- you'll be contributing from day one.
