New Product evaluation, Automation & Technology adoptionLead technology driven projects to evaluate software products, solutions and cutting-edge technology to enhance consumer experience and provide competitive edgeStudy the product / solutions. Prepare detailed evaluation criteria on technological solutionsEnsure seamless data flow and synchronization between these systems to enhance passenger experience.Evaluate options and present recommendations to IT Leadership teamSystem Performance And AvailabilityLead and drive technically to Monitor the performance, scalability & uptime of newly developed or existing enterprise systemsProactively addressing any technical issues to minimize disruptions.Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.Actively participate and lead key technological initiatives during upgrade / migrationKey Accountabilities-additional DetailsTechnical Leadership:The effectiveness of your leadership, and ability to manage and mitigate technical risks. Ability to innovate and improve processes that will be a significant factor.Create technology roadmap for existing & newly developed systems / solutions Security And ComplianceImplement robust security measures and protocols to protect passenger data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Conduct regular security assessments and audits for the systems under management.Project ManagementDevelop and manage Detailed planning of strategically important projects / initiatives Manage risks and mitigations efficiently throughout project lifecycleKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional DetailsKey Performance IndicatorsSystem Design & Development Involve in technology & design discussions to provide meaningful solutions, reviews & feedback.Conduct feasibility study as needed, develop PoC’s document Systems Requirement and prepare detailed system design.Evaluate final system design in order to identify potential problem areas and make appropriate recommendations to ensure that solution is scalable.
