You will develop and implement operational strategies that align with regional goals, driving efficiency and service excellence. You will lead the training and development of all staff in the region, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality service. You will ensure consistent service delivery across all villas by upholding standards, monitoring performance, and addressing gaps proactively. You will also monitor and manage the operational budget, optimizing resources and maintaining financial efficiency across the region.About YouOversee multi-location villa operations to ensure smooth functioning and consistent guest experience.Develop and implement regional operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.Lead, mentor, and manage teams across all assigned villas in the region.Oversee training and development initiatives to elevate staff capability and service standards.Ensure uniform service delivery and adherence to brand standards across all villas.Monitor and manage the regional operational budget efficiently.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular regional performance reports.Address operational challenges and guest escalations promptly to maintain service excellence.Minimum 6-8 years work experience in related field.Graduate or Post Graduate in Hospitality ManagementThis position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them!
