The analyst will also assist the directors in various research and strategic initiatives.What You Will DoActive participation in analyzing investment proposals;Develop and review detailed financial models and highlight the key points of the investment thesis, including performing sensitivity analyses, review of financial projections and valuation assumptions;Provide advice on evaluating potential investments using the appropriate methodology (discounted cash flow, multiples, etc.);Conduct an initial detailed verification of investment possibilities;Lead the drafting of authorization documents for new investment possibilities;Assist main collaborators with negotiating trade agreements and shareholding structures;Prepare internal and external reports on portfolio companies;Produce sectoral studies on potential target markets to develop.Who You AreYou stand out by your:Ambition, extremely rigorous, critical and analytical thinking;Accountability, sense of initiative;Openness, humility, diplomacy, good team player and seeks the best solutions for the organization;Collaboration, Commitment, enthusiasm, proactive and strong organizational skills.What You BringBachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting;Master’s in financing, MBA or CFA would be considered an asset;Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in investing, corporate finance or investment banking;Solid experience in financial analysis and modelling;Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel);Use of AI models a plus ;Proficiency in English and Portugaise, both spoken and written;Fluency in French is an asset.Feeling that my role is important.
