Job Description

US Hospitality is looking for individuals that are career minded, organized and detail oriented. These individuals must be willing to take on several operational tasks and functions. This position(s) will be accountable to support departmental needs via a variety of data and informational based responsibilities to facilitate progression of projects. This position(s) will support Interior Design and Project Management departments. Currently, we anticipate the role to be 50-80% Project Management related. However, this may vary. Typical Tasks may include (not limited to):Creating Purchasing DocumentsSubmitting and Tracking purchasing documents while providing updates to Clients.Developing Project Budgets in Excel and FFEZ SoftwareVerifying measurements and space planning in AutoCADDeveloping Drawings in AutoCADDeveloping Specifications and DrawingsRequirements:* Advanced in AutoCAD and design experience* Expert in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL* Associates in Interior Design/ Drafting or equivalent experience* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Motivated; self-starter* Experience working in the following industries a plus: Procurement, Purchasing, Lodging or Hotels, Construction (remodels, renovation, new builds), Transportation or Logistics.Interested candidates should send your resume and portfolio for consideration.Please reference AIDPM202510Pay: $30,000 - $50,000 per year
