About the Role:Our client is a world-renowned design studio celebrated for creating exceptional spaces within the luxury hospitality sector. With projects spanning across the globe, they are now seeking an Associate (Interior Design) with a strong background in high-end hospitality design to join their London studio.This position plays a key leadership role within the business, managing multiple large-scale hotel and F&B projects while overseeing creative direction, client relationships, and overall project delivery. Although this isn’t a hands-on design role, the ideal candidate will come from a design background and understand how to translate creative vision into a well-executed project.This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned design studio, that has a strong portfolio of high-profile projects – our client offers generous benefits including a hybrid working model.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the management team to establish and uphold the design direction across multiple hospitality projectsCommunicate design intent clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination throughout all project stagesLead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are successfully maintainedManage contracts, schedules, and project resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standardOversee financial performance, fee allocation, and profitability in collaboration with the finance teamAct as a key client-facing representative, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationshipsSupport new business initiatives, including pitch preparation and presentationEnsure coordination between interior architecture, FF&E, and consultant teamsOversee documentation for quality, compliance, and consistencyReview and approve schedules, drawings, and specifications as requiredKey Skills/Requirements:7+ years’ experience within a design or architecture studio, working on high-end hospitality or hotel projectsProven track record in project or design management, with a solid understanding of both the creative and operational sides of interior designPrevious experience in a similar role overseeing large-scale hospitality projectsProficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)Familiarity with project management toolsAbility to manage multiple complex projects with confidence and precisionTo apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge.The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
