Associate (International Arbitration)

KyivWe are looking for a talented and motivated Associate to join our International Arbitration team in Kyiv.Main responsibilitiesAdvising clients on various projects with focus on International Arbitration Acting for the clients in international arbitration (in Ukraine and abroad) Drafting and reviewing various legal documents Legal research on various topicsDirect client communication, both local and international Participating in due diligence, external negotiations, client meetings, communication with government authorities (including communication during raids and inspections) Project management, time tracking and supervision/mentoring of junior lawyers Key requirementsAt least 3+ years of relevant experience with a Ukrainian or international law firm Degree in law; an LL.M from a foreign school would be an advantage Fluent in English and Ukrainian Strong analytical and research skills, legal writing proficiency Client-focused attitude, ability to effectively multitask Intention to build a legal career in the long runWe offerOpportunity to grow professionally by working in a professional team Further specialization in legal and industry matters Positive and supportive working environment Competitive remuneration with fixed and bonus payments according to our iPoints system Health insuranceOur team is recognized experts in various fields of law, and our clients are recognized leaders in various industries.
