With our Jamieson, youtheory, Progressive, Smart Solutions, and Iron Vegan brands, we’re growing globally and reaching more people every day.🌱 What You’ll DoAs a key member of the International Marketing team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world.Here’s what you can expect in your role:Overall ResponsibilitiesThe Associate International Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the International Marketing Manager in achieving the commercial success, brand growth and reputation development of the Jamieson and youtheory brands in international markets (all markets excluding Canada, the US and China). The incumbent will support the development and execution of all marketing strategy and activation plans, cross-functional initiatives including product innovation, and contribute to the delivery of revenue, profit, innovation, and brand health targets for both brands.In addition to the responsibilities described above, effectiveness in this role will require the incumbent to work collaboratively and with agility with our external distribution partners - who are responsible for marketing and selling our brands in their markets - and across various internal stakeholders including Sales, Science & Technology, Project Management, Demand Planning, Finance, HR and eCommerce.Specific Key Responsibilities & DutiesBrand Management & CommunicationsAssists in analyzing brand and market trends in key markets/ regions and recommends actions to be taken across brand development, portfolio, innovation and campaign activitiesAssists in developing and leading the execution of regional marketing plans in partnership with our in-market distribution partners to achieve International BU targetsParticipates in the development of 5-year brand development plan for key markets/ regionsHelps in identifying go-to-market and distribution plans while working closely with salesDevelops strong relationships with distributor partners and key stakeholders to amplify brand marketing impact and successful execution in key markets/ regionsPortfolio & Innovation ManagementConducts regular SKU reviews, in partnership with sales, operations, regulatory teams, by key market/ region to ensure portfolios are optimized for relevance, revenue and profitabilityIn collaboration with the International sales team and our in-market partners, recommends positioning and pricing strategies based on market, competitive and cross-channel assessmentsUtilizes insights and data to build compelling innovation business cases with clearly identified consumer needs, reasons to believe, competitive assessment and sales and profit potentialLeads and executes innovation projects, within available resources, to ensure most relevant portfolios are available in key markets/ regions.Contributes to the development of 5-year innovation pipelinesFollows a data-driven approach in building assessments and recommendationsMarket & Competitive AnalysisTracks industry trends, in market shipment & sell-out data, market changes, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and risks facing the business in key markets/ regionsPartners with Global Insights to initiate market research projects in support of identifying new growth opportunities, consumer and customer insights, to inform brand and innovation plansKPIsNet sales and EBITDA for International BUInnovation sales targets and resource managementBrand Health growth in target marketsMarketing investment spending in-line with aligned budget and in a controlled mannerReporting Timeliness & Quality: Update all assigned report with error free work.🎯 What You BringCollege or University Business Degree; MBA or other advanced degree in an industry- appropriate field such as marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration an assetExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.Two to four (2-4) years marketing experience, preferably within a CPG environment in the vitamins and supplements, pharma or health OTC industriesDemonstrated understanding of brand building and brand management principlesApplication of insight gained from consumer, customer and social data sources to input into competitively superior brand plans, products and marketing communication assetsApplication of relevant media tools including traditional and digital marketing techniques, technologies, and solutionsHighly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to ensure end to end execution is meeting deadlines and performance expectationsExcellent time management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and priorities simultaneouslyStrong written, presentation and oral communication and influencing skillsStrong analytical skills and business acumen with experience using metrics to drive outcomesEntrepreneurial mindset with ability to see what’s possible and deliver solutions in face of ambiguityExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building ability – must be able to foster and develop relationships with customers, around the world, and internally at all levels of the organizationInterest or experience working internationally, influencing stakeholders in different countries, representing other cultures and belief systemsA strong passion for improving the world’s Health & WellnessNote: If you don’t meet every requirement listed here, we still encourage you to apply.
