Work with other team members to maintain a scalable operations function that provides a high level of support to the organization primarily related to reconciliation and control:

Daily reconciliation of cash and assets with custodians and brokersDaily tracking of trading activityDaily reconciliation of P&LReconciliation of Administrator dataGain overall understanding of Bain’s BDC business, and middle market focused funds. Understand complex investment structures/transactions and communicate effectively to impacted stakeholders, both internally and externallyContinually analyze, review, and improve the working processes and controls of the Investment Operations team. Oversight of new fund launches to ensure operation readiness.
