, leadership summits, management meetings, OKR alignment meetings, leadership dialogue sessions, new hire onboarding session) from end to endPartner with stakeholders from regional & local HR teams to roll out learning initiativesGather and analyse learning needs across different functions and markets, and monitor and track learning effectivenessHR PMO / Special Projects Support any other HR projects or initiatives as assignedCollaborate with regional HR teams on the development and implementation of key People related projectsSupport research and data analysis to generate insights, evaluate initiatives, and develop solutions to support organisation-wide COE initiativesCommunications, Culture, and Engagement Support the development and end-to-end management of local and global initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experience, e.
