With four IG rated businesses, it is the only Infrastructure Investment Grade issuer in India.Adani Solar:Adani Solar is India's 1st and largest vertically integrated solar PV manufacturer with 4 GW cells & modules and 2 GW of ingots & wafers manufacturing capacitiesJob Purpose:The Package Incharge - O&M (HVAC, VAM, Chiller) oversees HVAC operations, develops maintenance plans, manages resources, ensures safety and compliance, collaborates with stakeholders, and drives HVAC system optimization for optimal indoor environment and energy efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOversee Upstream and Downstream HVAC Operations:Manage the performance of upstream systems (e.g., cooling towers, chillers) and downstream systems (e.g., air handlers, ductwork) to ensure efficient and reliable HVAC operations.Oversee HVAC OperationsManage HVAC systems, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality. Handle daily operations, including troubleshooting and maintenance.Develop Maintenance PlansCreate and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Use monitoring systems to predict and address equipment issues.Manage ResourcesAllocate manpower and materials effectively. Additional certifications in HVAC systems, energy management, or building automation would be advantageous and a strong understanding of HVAC principles, equipment, and maintenance is crucial.Work Experience (Range Of Years)Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HVAC operations and maintenance within an industrial setting. Proven track record in managing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, and implementing energy-saving measures and demonstrated ability to lead HVAC technicians and troubleshoot system issues.
