The ideal candidate bringsstrong analytical skills, platform expertise, and a data-first mindset to drivegrowth, optimize ad performance, and collaborate across teams forseamless execution.Key Responsibilities Marketplace Campaign Management:Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart PLA, PCA, Quick Comm. Ads Blinkit, Swiggy & Zepto etc.Monitor performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates across SKUsDrive new product launches with visibility strategies (paid + organic push)Optimize keyword targeting, product placement, and sponsored listingsBudgeting & Media PlanningAllocate monthly performance budgets across channels and marketplacesTrack daily spends and performance to ensure profitability and goal alignmentDrive platform-specific promotional spends during sales/events (BBD, Prime Day, Pink Friday, etc.)Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze traffic, conversion, and retention metrics from marketplace dashboards (Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon PI, etc.)Create and present performance reports with actionable insights to internal stakeholdersMaintain dashboards for campaign effectiveness, competitor benchmarking, and ROICollaboration & ExecutionWork closely with marketplace account managers to identify growth opportunitiesCoordinate with catalog, pricing, and supply chain teams to ensure campaign readinessAlign with brand and creative teams to build high-converting ad assetsSkills: budgeting,media planning,marketplaces,performance marketing,collaboration,amazon,campaign management,e-commerce marketing,analytical skills,e-commerce,data analysis,marketplace expertise
