Join us!What You’ll DoAs a Manager, Office Experience & Engagement, you will be the key driver behind building a productive, well-run, and engaging remote workplace experience for our Klookers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently manage local office operations, lead engagement initiatives, and optimize the workplace to support business needs.Oversee end-to-end office operations for assigned regions, including vendor management, facility upkeep, and procurement of office supplies and equipmentPlan and manage workplace needs, including office space planning, lease term review, and rental negotiations in collaboration with Finance and Legal teamsOversee regional budgeting, payment processing, and inventory control to ensure cost efficiency and operational excellenceImplement and continuously improve office policies and SOPs, ensuring compliance, consistency, and scalabilityDrive employee engagement and wellness programs tailored to local teams, including organizing events and cultural initiatives that reinforce Klook valuesProvide operational oversight for onboarding and offboarding processes, working closely with HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless experienceSupport employee business travel arrangements and ensure alignment with company travel policiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, or vendor optimization, and lead initiatives to implement themContribute to regional or global People & Culture projects, bringing local insights to shape broader strategiesWhat You’ll NeedMinimum 6 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, employee engagement or a related functionExperience in office operations and employee engagement planningStrong financial acumen and familiarity with budget oversight and procurement processesHigher Diploma or above in any disciplineExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams across different regionsProactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervisionStrategic thinker with a passion for building better workplace experiences and scalable operational practicesCollaborative mindset with an entrepreneurial and hands-on attitudeKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
