This role is responsible for maintaining the poppi DNA - leveraging a best-in-class global playbook, adapting marketing for local relevance and ensuring integrity across the globe. You will partner closely with poppi HQ on integrated 360 marketing campaigns, innovation, social media, influencers & events, retail programs, college activations, media and brand partnerships. Additionally, you will partner and inspire a team of high performing internal PepsiCo members and external agency partners. Success will be measured by the ability to grow brand awareness, scale trial and deepen community engagement to hit poppi Canada’s key performance targets.You will be tasked to:Lead the Canadian Marketing AOP in partnership with poppi HQ and PepsiCo - build and execute yearly marketing plans to hit business growth targetsBuild the innovation roadmap and manage the product portfolio for CanadaInspire and motivate a high-performing team of internal PepsiCo members and external agency partnersDrive strategy, budget and execution of 360 marketing initiatives, ensuring brand governance across all consumer touchpoints including web, paid media, product, packaging, retail, events, etc.Move at the speed of culture - inspire best-in-class content, creator and community-building strategiesEstablish a deep knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape, customer segments and Canadian marketplace to iterate strategy for maximal resultsProcure and analyze consumer and innovations insights to translate them into meaningful actionWork cross-functionally between various teams, drive projects forward, and effectively allocate resourcesLead brand health reporting - track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, translate findings into actionable strategies and recommendations for improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.Minimum of 4 years of experience, ideally in CPGExperience at a social, digital and creative-first brand. At least (4) years experience managing influencer, social media and/or events.Technology proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, G Suite, and Zoom. Capable of quickly and on your own to learn and adapt to new technologies.Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.Ability to earn the company and teammates' trust through maintaining confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information/situations and executing duties/responsibilities consistently.A self-starter who is hands-on and efficient - has a boot-strapped mindset and can get things done with a lean but mighty team.Focused on driving business results, especially within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.Always acting with integrity through a “what’s right and best” mindset.Great attention to detail, focused on doing it right vs. getting it done.Excel at collaborating and can work independently or as part of a team with individuals and groups of every background.Your results-driven mindset enables you to interpret complex data and develop and communicate value-add solutions.Best in class leadership, in being a mentor or coach for others.
