Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Certifications in Quality Assurance, Internal Auditing (ISO 9001/AS9110), or Aviation Safety. Training in Human Factors, EASA Part 66 Module 10 (Aviation Legislation), or equivalent CAAS regulatory understanding. Additional training in RCA, 8D, or Lean Six Sigma is advantageous. Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace MRO, ideally within Quality Control, Documentation, or Airworthiness Compliance functions. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing a team, preferably in a shift-based production or inspection setting. A good knowledge of large Civil Engines. Analytical and resourceful in complex technical problem solving.Proven knowledge of airworthiness and regulatory standards (EASA Part 145, FAA, CAAS, AS9110), and experience in applying them in repair and inspection environments. Expert understanding and application of management systems (Process Quality Control, ISO, QMS, SMS) with a focus on solutioning and maturing of framework.Reviewing and releasing repair documentation and certification records. Final engine/component checks including customer-facing review or release activities. Working with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformities. Hands-on involvement in CAPA execution and quality data management. Strong coordination capabilities with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Airworthiness teams. Good stakeholder management with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with working in a multi-site or matrixed quality structure is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Experience in Microsoft Power Platforms (e.g. PowerBI, PowerAutomate) is preferred.
