Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.Location: East IndonesiaAs the Associate Manager, Retail Account Management, you are to plan, coordinate, lead, and control the area operations to achieve distribution, display, and sales (both value & volume) objectives within budget, time, and policy parameters. Ensure timely collection of receivables and effective managements of deals budget and provide best salespeople in the area.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreate action plan for business plan execution (coverage & distribution, infrastructure, inventory, budget) and implement sales coverage/deployment plans in all channels based on analyzing past/current results of sales coverage/deployment plansControl the achievement month wise primary and secondary sales objectives of the area for the entire product range and also control the service levelSubmit, analyze, review, and communicate monthly area achievement report to provide corrective action and ensure productivity achievement as per objectiveAccountable to ensure all activities aligned with company policy within area of responsibilityImplement strategy to transform distributor partner from basic level into partnership, monitor distributor performance through distributor score card and monthly key customers business reviewEnsuring the timely collection of receivables, implement the company’s credit policy, maintain day sales outstanding and overdue outstanding as per stipulated norms Communication, coaching, people developmentStrengthen the organization through involvement in the recruitment process, regular training coaching, and development activities as per objectiveAppraise periodically, the individual performance of direct reports against agreed standards of performance, identify areas for improvement and give appreciation for the achievementContinuously develop the technical competence of the sales organization aligned with the principle to deploy best practiceRequired Skills / Experience / CompetenciesBachelor’s in any related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in relevant fieldExperience in managing General Trade or Area Sales in East Indonesia (Papua) or any relevant areasExperience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry would be an added advantageJob RequirementsPermanent – full time jobNo relocation eligibilityBenefits & CultureSC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
