You’ll help analyze marketing performance, member engagement, and operational trends to inform strategic decisions and improve health outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating across teams to drive meaningful impact in healthcareRole ResponsibilitiesYou’ll support the development of analytics that guide marketing strategies and operational improvements within the PCO.Key Responsibilities IncludeAnalyze campaign performance, member engagement, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunitiesLeverage dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators and develop insightsCollaborate with marketing, clinical, and strategy teams to translate business questions into analytical approachesAssist in data validation, cleansing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insightsSupport ad hoc analysis requests and contribute to presentations that influence decision-makingDocument methodologies and maintain data dictionaries to support transparency and repeatabilityDesign and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate, causal inference)Develop predictive models to optimize targeting and retentionManaging multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentYour work will help Humana deliver more personalized, effective care experiences to members through data-informed strategies.Use Your Skills To Make An ImpactUse your skills to make an impact Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in applying data science or advanced analytics in marketing or healthcareMinimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with SQL, R, PythonExperience and exposure to predictive modeling techniques (regressions, decision trees etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, primary care, or population health analyticsUnderstanding of campaign performance metrics and member segmentationKnowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standardsFamiliarity with causal inference techniques (propensity score matching, synthetic controls, DID etc.)Familiarity with segmentation and targeting strategies.Familiarity with Databricks, SnowflakeWork at Home InformationTo Ensure Home Or Hybrid Home/Office Associates’ Ability To Work Effectively, The Self-provided Internet Service Of Home Or Hybrid Home/Office Associates Must Meet The Following CriteriaAt minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggestedSatellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadershipAssociates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationVirtual Pre-ScreenAs part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we are using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability.
