Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Associate Marketing Manager to support the strategic execution of marketing and brand initiatives for our ethical (prescription-based) drug portfolio. This role plays a key part in driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and engaging healthcare professionals — all while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and aligning with Mega BiO-LiFE’s business goals.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and sales promotions that align with brand goals and regulatory requirements.Develop marketing materials such as detailing aids, training content, and communication tools for clinics and hospitals.Gather feedback from the sales team and support performance reporting and ROI analysis.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals.Organize training sessions for sales teams, HCPs, and institutional partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.Prepare annual marketing plans and brand performance reports for business reviews.Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., KKLIU, PFK) and Mega Thailand/India for product registration and compliance.Support new product development (NPD) initiatives through market sizing and opportunity evaluation.Conduct market visits with medical reps to gather insights for future marketing strategies.Guide and support direct reportees to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional activities.Requirements:Possess at least bachelor’s degree / Post Graduate Degree bachelor’s degree in science or a related field such as Nutrition or Dietetics.Added diploma / degree in marketing or business management will be an added advantageMinimum 5 - 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.Experienced managing, launching brands in prescription drugs or/and OTC drugs will be highly preferred. Additional experience of marketing science-based health supplements to doctors will be considered favorably.Strong people management skills with a collaborative and coaching mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Effective stakeholder management and organizational skills.Analytical thinking with strong writing and presentation capabilities.Solid time management to meet key deliverables efficiently.
