Embark on a rewarding journey with us and make a significant impact in the world of marketing.What We OfferYou will be entitled to a competitive salary and attractive benefits, including:Annual leave, birthday leave, tenure leave, international remote work leave, and moreFive-day work week, remote work arrangementProfessional trainings, career advancement and internal mobility opportunitiesCompetitive benefits including insurance and mental wellness programAbout The JobThis role will be Support campaign execution in banking and insurance products for Hong KongThe Associate, Marketing Will Be Responsible ForManage campaign schedule, offer details, be responsible on offer log and project management tool on Monday.com Work closely with product marketing team on campaign schedule, make sure internal teams are correctly/ timely informedExecute digital marketing campaigns, develop marketing materials including but not limited to FB/IG ads, Google ads, eDM, campaign page creation etc.Develop campaign brief, creative brief, T&C based on direction by product marketing team, work closely with agency to ensure assets are delivered on timeWork closely with commercial operations on marketing material asset approval, revision, launch across channels accurately and on timeRegularly review the platform for content accuracy and operational efficiencyMonitor and analyze market competitors and consumer insight to sharpen the marketing programs on regular basisReport any issues or discrepancies to the Product Manager and suggest improvements to streamline processesIn This Role, We Are Looking For Someone WithBachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field2-4 years of marketing operation experience, preferably in finance services, e-commerce and experience in handling large scale of campaigns Creative mindset, able to work under tight schedules and pressure.Highly responsible, well-organized, and a collaborative team player.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting solutions.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge on using AI tools would be a bonus.
