Responsible of opening and handling JTAC and Cisco TAC cases.Works with enterprise level architecture team to implement network configurations including subnet and VLAN implementation, VOIP telephony solutions, VPN tunneling, and wireless LAN implementation at various locationsNetwork Design, integration, optimization and migration.Provide engineering support for troubleshootingWork with team members to identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues related to integration.Any other task assigned by Management. Understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etcRequirementsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job: Good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols & switching technologies.Advanced kKnowledge in network design, network architecture, protocols and network topology.Must be able to work with end users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required For The PositionExperience: Minimum 1 years of progressive experience.
