Job Description

This position is ideal for a motivated HR professional who is passionate about supporting people operations, recruitment processes, and maintaining effective HR practices within the organization.Recruitment & HR OperationsAssist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth experience for new employees.Maintain and update employee records in HR systems while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.Assist in payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave tracking.Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.Employee Engagement & AdministrationSupport employee engagement initiatives, internal activities, and HR events.Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining proper documentation.Support HR team in improving internal processes and administrative efficiency.Help ensure positive employee experience across the organization.What You Know0–1 year of experience in Human Resources (internship experience will be considered).Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.Familiarity with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time management abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.EducationBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
