Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Officer at the Tata Steel Sinter Plant operations in Angul. The Associate Officer will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the sinter plant, ensuring process efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards. Duties include monitoring plant equipment, managing production schedules, handling operational issues, and collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. The role demands strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations, as well as continuous process improvement to optimize productivity and product quality. Qualifications Experience in steel plant operations and process managementKnowledge of safety and environmental regulations in an industrial settingTechnical skills related to plant equipment monitoring and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldPrevious experience in a sinter plant or similar environment is beneficial
