Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Officer at the Tata Steel Sinter Plant operations in Angul. The Associate Officer will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the sinter plant, ensuring process efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards. Duties include monitoring plant equipment, managing production schedules, handling operational issues, and collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. The role demands strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations, as well as continuous process improvement to optimize productivity and product quality.
