Key Responsibilities:Support day-to-day operational activities across Pinnacle’s network of investment affiliates;Maintain a working knowledge of various asset classes and global financial markets to assist affiliates in fund operations;Facilitate operational setup and support when affiliates expand into new asset classes or markets;Liaise with institutional clients and investors, preparing detailed due diligence and RFI (Request for Information) reports;Lead the optimisation of operational due diligence processes by implementing Dasseti, an AI-based due diligence platform, across all affiliates;Collaborate with Finance Transformation initiatives to improve internal processes and systems;Conduct market research using platforms such as Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ to support investment operations; andPerform accounting-related tasks using Xero and maintain financial documentation.Desired Skills and Experience:Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or related discipline with above average academic results;Ability to quickly extrapolate key issues and resolve complex problems;Experience in financial operations within investment management or financial services;Hands-on experience via internship or similar in mid-market firms with a focus on deal structuring, financial modelling, and client engagement;Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills;Exposure to Bloomberg financial tools; andProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.The salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000 + super.
