The team has a market-leading position in implementational / executional management and client servicing. As an associate performance manager, you will operate the most dynamic component of media execution in the team.Reporting Structure:You report to the Associate Digital DirectorAs a Google Ads expert, you are expected to lead and execute SEM campaigns across Southeast Asia as well as serve as the go-to person in the team for SEM implementation expertise.The role requires you to:Lead and set up SEM campaigns through Skai, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing and Google Ads for YouTubeMonitor and optimise campaigns and budgets on a daily basisUse excel to make sense of data and create client facing reports – SEM, Social, YouTube, Programmatic, VideoLeverage your experience in keyword and ad copy creation for SearchHave strong numerical ability and the confidence to manage large budgets Ensure cadence on pacing, optimisation and analyzing of data for learnings & actionstepsStrategy and direction of market budgets and flightingClient management and engagementLead meetings and ensure recap on discussions and next stepsDrive SEM and digital innovations, experiments and initiativesWork on SEM QBR reports independentlyLead regional calls with clients and local teams + QBR presentationsManage vendor relationshipsEffectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders (creative agency, media partners, OMD global team and clients)Own budget planning & tracking (media finance) for the campaigns under your beltExperience in social media campaign setup (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager X, Reddit, etc.). Programmatic experience is a plus.Required Skills or Attributes:Minimum 2+ years’ experience in SEM (Google Ads) PLA, LIA and Bing is a plus. 3+ years of client/account management/media agencyMinimum 2+ years’ platform experience in social ads or/and programmatic ads implementationExperience in people management is a plusAttention to detail is a must; accuracy in work is the top KPICan work independently with proactive learning attitudeDemonstrate critical thinking, problem solving abilities and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks/campaigns, processes, and stakeholderStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to articulate and communicate clearly and persuasivelyStrong client and inter-agency relations skillsGoes through tasks and documents in an organized and efficient mannerAdaptable to changes, challenges and directionsEffective under pressure, high energy and with an approachable mannerFlexibility to work long hours and odd timings
