The Associate Practice Engagement Manager (APEM) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The APEM works together with their manager to build accounts plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plans. Usually, the APEM handles multiple accounts, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $10 million. We use our unique ‘art of possible’ approach to create a framework that brings together strategic ideas along with powerful data, advanced analytics and AI to create an integrated IT and business blueprint for the enterprise to align priority outcomes.To learn more about Infosys and see our ideas in action please visit us at www.infosys.comResponsibilities:Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $ 5M-10M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services, and identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific verticalWork closely with internal teams, including delivery, consulting, CTO Organization, marketing, AI and analytics team, to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offeringsGo-to market – build a strong go to market with contextualized offerings relevant for clients, partnerships in order to address client needs comprehensively and in a differentiated manner, planning and executing campaigns for pipeline creation.Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the clientAccount planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. Required Qualifications:Bilingual with strong business Japanese skills (JLPT N1/N2). Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institutionSignificant business development and sales experience on Data/Analytics/AIExperience with Data on Cloud SalesTrack record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contactsHands-on experience with Data/analytics proposal creation and leading Data/Analytics presentations and workshops for dealsExperience in building business cases and utilizing those for business value articulation and negotiations.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsWide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experienceMust be a Japanese national or have valid work authorization in Japan.
