Associate Producer

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Producer to join our team. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with a passion for media, technology, and storytelling.Key details:Job Title: Associate ProducerLocation: Ukraine (Remote)Type: Freelance/part-time (ФОП) with a clear path to full-timeResponsibilities:You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of podcast episodes, from finding brilliant guests to preparing the final product for publication. While you will initially focus on "The Code Wars," you will have the opportunity to help shape and produce new projects as our company grows.Guest Management: Identify, research, and conduct professional outreach to potential guests in the technology and software development sectors.Pre-Production: Conduct screening calls (pre-interviews) to vet guests. Prepare comprehensive research briefs and potential questions for the host.Coordination: Manage all guest communication and handle the scheduling of recordings across international time zones.Post-Production Editing: Perform content-focused edits on audio and video recordings to create a compelling narrative. This involves cleaning up conversations, removing errors, and adding intros/outros (advanced sound engineering is not required).Publishing & Social Media: Write engaging show notes, titles, and descriptions. Publish final episodes to podcast hosting platforms and YouTube. Create and schedule promotional assets (e.g., clips, quotes, audiograms) for social media platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others.Requirements:Experience: 0-2 years of experience in podcasting, digital media, journalism, or content creation.
