Role Overview: As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Cashkaro, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience, improving user engagement, and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, data analytics, and business to build impactful features and optimize product performance. Key Responsibilities: User-Centric Development: Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and market research to assist the team in prioritizing product features that enhance the user experience and address pain points. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that meet business goals and user needs. Feature Development: Assist in managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to launch and post-launch optimizations. Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and work with developers to ensure timely execution. Performance Monitoring: Own end-to-end performance tracking—including product health assessments, funnel diagnostics, and optimization—paired with consistent stakeholder communication for data-driven decision-making. Stakeholder Communication & Task Management: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders by sharing product progress and performance insights and oversee task tracking in Asana to meet deadlines efficiently. Feature Development: Assist in managing the entire product lifecycle from data analysis, problem identification, ideation, design, prototyping in lovable or similar tools, instrumentation, development to launch and post-launch optimizations. Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and work with developers to ensure timely execution. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues in product development, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of features. Monitoring Market Trends: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends. Hands-On: You actively participate in ideation, testing, prototyping and launching alongside your team. Outcome-Driven: You focus on delivering measurable results that directly impact business goals. Tech-Savvy Innovator: You stay ahead of the curve on evolving technologies—understanding Firebase, CleverTap, A/B testing tools, React, and modern app frameworks. You grasp both Android and iOS capabilities and limitations, enabling practical, scalable product decisions. Must-Have Skills: 1. Product Thinking & User-Centric Mindset 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C or tech company. Ability to break down complex problems and prioritize features that add value to users. Good command over AI tools like Chat GPT, Gemini and prototyping tools like lovable, airtable etc. Exposure to wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) is a plus. 2. Analytical & Data-Driven Approach Ability to use data for decision-making (experience with SQL, Excel, or analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel is a plus). Understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and key product metrics (DAU, MAU, retention, conversion rates). 3. Technical Acumen & Collaboration Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate ideas. Strong writing skills for product documentation, user stories, and PRDs. 4. Knowledge of Wireframing and Other Tools Should be able to build clean and professional looking low fidelity wireframe using tools like Figma, Miro or other similar tools. Should be able to envision and show on the wireframe very clear product experience and also consider user types, marketing sources etc. For example, how the product changes when traffic comes from Ads or via Referrals etc. Or how a product feature/flow changes basis a user type – new user, existing user, inactive user etc. 5. Self-Investment & Learning Strong commitment to upskilling and staying updated with the latest product management and AI trends, tools, and methodologies. 6. Prior Experience in Affiliate Marketing Prior experience in affiliate marketing, fintech, or e-commerce is a bonus. Key Tools & Technologies Data Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (preferred). Project Management: Jira, Trello, Asana. Wireframing & Prototyping: Figma, Balsamiq, Miro.
