Visit www.helloheart.com for more information.About The RoleWe’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our fast-moving Product team and help shape the next generation of digital health experiences. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, move fast, and make a real difference.You’ll work across engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to help drive product initiatives from concept to launch. You’ll dig into user data, identify opportunities, write clear specs, manage releases, and help us move from insight to impact quickly.This is the perfect role to build your product foundation. If you’re curious, resourceful, and biased toward action—someone who loves solving problems, asking questions, and making things happen, we would love for you to apply.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Product Managers and Engineers to plan, build, and ship new product features and improvements.Own specific initiatives or surfaces within the product—driving clarity, timelines, and execution.Analyze user data and feedback to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Write clear, actionable product requirements and collaborate with design and engineering to bring ideas to life.Support feature QA, release coordination, and performance tracking post-launch.Work cross-functionally with Growth, Data, and Client Experience teams to ensure we deliver measurable impact.Constantly ask “why” and “what if”—bringing curiosity and creative problem-solving to every challenge.Develop a deep understanding of our users, our business, and our product strategy.Qualifications2+ years of professional experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or engineering in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact.Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to drive clarity and alignment across teams.Demonstrated bias toward action—able to turn ambiguity into momentum.Highly curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new domains and technologies.Passion for health, wellness, and building products that improve people’s lives.Experience in a consumer-facing or digital health product environment.Exposure to tools like Mixpanel, Datadog, Figma, or JIRA.Technical background or familiarity with software development.Hello Heart has a positive, diverse, and supportive culture - we look for people who are collaborative, creative, and courageous.
