And we’re just getting started!OverviewThe Product Manager will be passionate about helping our members achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals. The Product Manager will be charged with supporting high performing cross-functional project teams, focusing on achieving aggressive growth goals for member acquisition, engagement, and retention.This is a hybrid role based out of our Hampton, NH office or our future Boston, MA office.ResponsibilitiesSupport the product development process from end to end: document existing processes and functional requirements, manage and prioritize backlogs, create detailed user stories, and support the development and launch of new featuresPartner with engineering, QA, UX, scrum masters, and other key technology team stakeholders as part of the ongoing development lifecycleFor each project, gather and provide clear ticket requirements for UX and development teams, participate in ongoing project routines (standups, refinements with the working development team, sprint planning), complete ticket signoffs, and participate in end-to-end testingDevelop an understanding of our customers: their needs, their journeys, and their pain points. Support research and testing activities, e.g., surveys, concept testing, clickstream data, and A/B testing. Transform insights into opportunity hypothesesWork with cross-functional stakeholders to surface feedback and opportunities for new projects and featuresCollaborate with product leaders and strategy to define KPIs for new features. Measure and monitor business metrics and KPIs. A/B test and track impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention. Work closely with cross-functional teams; including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional digital experiencesSuccessfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Collaborate with product leadership to support the product vision and align it with the overarching business and digital strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related fieldAt least 1-3 years of experience in product management. Other product development or business analysis experiences are also valuable, particularly with demonstrated product ownershipDemonstrated passion for building products and services that customers will loveWorking knowledge of agile development methodologies and how highly scaled digital/mobile products come together. Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps, a plusStrong technical intuition. Technical background, a plusFamiliarity with web and app development tech stack, a plusUnderstanding of digital fitness trends, and subscription based economic models, a plusEntrepreneurial spirit; must have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, creative problem-solving and initiative. Experience in an “Intra-preneurial” role a plus: taking products from inception to launch within a larger organizationStrong initiative, bias for action, and reflexive sense of ownership.
