Leveraging advanced AI and business intelligence, our flagship product, HealthX, streamlines administrative tasks, optimizes revenue cycles, and enables healthcare providers to focus on delivering quality patient care.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager with a strong background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and hands-on experience in technology-driven product execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who takes end-to-end ownership, effectively bridges business needs with technical solutions, and drives measurable impact through data, collaboration, and structured execution.Responsibilities:Good with structured documents. Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Process Definition Documents (PDDs) with clear process flows and use cases.Ensure timely execution, managing dependencies, quality standards, and delivery milestones. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and adoption.Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective communication.Track and analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster accountability and collaboration.Drive roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release management aligned with business objectives.Required Skills & Experience:Total 10+ years of experience in Product / APM Experience: 2–3 years (Must have experience in RCM or healthcare technology)Proven experience in creating and managing BRDs, PDDs, PRDs, and detailed process documentation.Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM workflows, including: Patient registration and eligibility verification, Denial management, payment posting, and AR followSound understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards. Exposure to API integrations, automation, or workflow optimization projects. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with RCM platforms, automation, or analytics tools. Proven experience in creating and managing BRDs, PDDs, PRDs, and detailed process documentation.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.Exposure to AI, data analytics, or process automation in healthcare operations.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Healthcare Management, or related field.
