We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Manager who is energetic, can multi-task and problem solve, and has the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting. Note: This position is 100% onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Only candidates that can commit to working onsite will be considered. Primary PurposeThe Associate Product Manager is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on industry trends and competitor activity for both finished goods and accessories.

The Associate Product Manager will work closely with the Product Manager on existing and new product specifications and feature benefit summaries, as well as helping guide marketing with pertinent attributes for cartons, website, infographics and other media. This is an integral role that helps ensure all FNA products and brands are meeting FNA's Best-In-Class reputation, positioning, sales and customer expectations. Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist the Product Manager in defining product specifications and requirements to meet sales goals. Support the creation of product items and related content, including parts and accessories.

Work with the Marketing team to ensure that products, parts, and marketing materials comply with brand and advertising guidelines. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product improvement. Help develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications and project workbooks. Collaborate with team members, including customers, engineers, and designers, to gather and refine product requirements. Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Prepare and participate in meetings and presentations, contributing insights and updates as needed. Provide support to other team members and departments as required.

Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned, learning and growing with each opportunity. QualificationsRequired: Strong client services experience. Full knowledge of Microsoft suite of products to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in person, on the phone, in writing, and on video calls. Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy; ability to multitask. PreferredA solid understanding of digital, retail, brand, channel sales and/or marketing background. Experience working with online and other retailers like Amazon. com, Lowe's and The Home Depot.

Experience within the power tool industry is preferred, but not required. Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English is a plus. Education/CertificationBachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S. ) in business management from a 4 year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
