🚀 We’re Hiring: Associate Program Manager, Digital Customer SuccessWe’re looking for an Associate Program Manager, Digital Customer Success to join our team and support one of TP’s leading global clients. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and manage digital lifecycle programs that drive adoption, utilization, and retention for B2B customers.You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Renewals, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to deliver impactful, automated touchpoints that elevate the customer experience.💡 What You’ll DoDevelop and optimize digital touchpoints across the customer lifecycleCreate engaging email and in-product messaging that drives adoption and retentionPartner with Data Science to analyze customer engagement data and uncover insightsImplement A/B testing to continuously improve program effectivenessPresent results and recommendations to senior leadership🎯 What You Bring1-2 years of experience in program management, marketing automation, or a related fieldExcellent writing and communication skillsStrong understanding of customer success metrics (retention, NPS, health scores)Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, and marketing automation toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategiesProven collaboration and project management skillsNice to Have:Experience with Pendo, SQL, or SaaS industry tools and practices🌍 Join TP and be part of a global team that’s redefining how digital customer success is delivered.If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
