Associate Project Engineer

By combining IT and engineering expertise, we offer a unique end-to-end solution through our four service areas – Consulting, Solutions, Talents, and Academy – to help our clients rethink product development and business processes, increase productivity, reduce time to market, and shape a smarter, more sustainable future.As an Associate Project Engineer (R&D Design Engineer), you will contribute to the development of innovative design solutions for new products while also enhancing the design of our existing product portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Create and develop design concepts that address assigned tasks and work closely with project and product teams to bring them to life.Ensure that components are designed to be production-ready in alignment with the relevant departments.Actively drive the implementation of design solutions in cooperation with product teams.Your Background:Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.Solid technical expertise in designing plastic parts as well as stamped and bent components.Ideally, familiarity with mechanical and electrical aspects of low-voltage products.Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.Proficient in CAD tools (preferably Solidworks) and confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).Excellent communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written.
