We are a privately-owned company, where the warmth of family meets the scale of a global organisation.With over 1600 employees, the Octapharma site in Vienna is the largest production site, and successful research and development location.Join us in shaping our vision to provide new health solutions advancing human life.Your Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAssist in the coordination and tracking of project activities across departments (e.g. R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing) Prepare and facilitate project meeting agendas, notes, and presentations as well as follow-up on action items and project statusMaintain and update timelines (MS Timeline Pro) and documentationSupport the preparation of project plans, project status reports and risk assessmentsHelp to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirementsDevelop a professional network within the organization and gain in-depth understanding of the company's structure and processesAssist in development and management of best practice sharing between project management groups at different sites and supporting the project managersYour expertise and ideal skill setCompleted Master degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related scientific/technical field1-2 years of experience in project coordination or support, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech industryFamiliarity with drug development processes and regulatory environments is a plusProficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Planner, Smartsheet or similar)Fluent English skills, German is a plus Organized and solution-oriented personality with strong communication abilitiesTeam player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel (regular assignments at other company sites) Your department - where you make an impactWe, the International Business Unit (IBU), place our emphasis on areas such as corporate marketing, the development and execution of strategic initiatives, business and portfolio development efforts for Critical Care, Haematology, and Immunotherapy.The IBU Project Management team is responsible for the effective management of product development projects.Thrive with usCompany restaurant & meal subsidy Training & further education Health promotion Parking spaces and good public transport connections Company and team events Enjoy these attractive benefits!
