As an APM, you will support a Project Manager in handling projects/studies for customers and developing seamless workflow processes. You will collaborate across various departments to ensure detailed execution and timely delivery.ResponsibilitiesFinalize specifications with the client, including meetings at the client’s premises.Set up and maintain study filing systems, ensuring accurate records are kept for all work undertaken.Collaborate with the Project Manager to guarantee the timely fulfillment of all business tasks in alignment with customer and study specifications.Coordinate and communicate relevant activities, both internal and external, to ensure all services and products are ready for the study's start.Use project planning tools to communicate achievements, critical path activities, and responsibilities.Provide timely reports and other information to customers when applicable.Work with the Master Production Scheduler to optimize clinical supply production, balancing customer requirements with available capacity.Support the creation of batch documentation and operational documents using internal systems, including billing package review.Offer assistance to the Project Manager, involving financial and quote predictions.Monitor project activities and establish customer-approved job specifications.Collect information on study development, including label texts, coordination of packaging materials and tools, label translation, and producing batch documentation for operations.Coordinate shipments through the logistics department and write distribution orders and GMP instructions promptly.Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.Demonstrate and promote the company vision.Minimum QualificationsUnderstanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company quality standards.Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written, and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and lead multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.Strong and effective communicator able to present information and respond to questions from managers and clients.Ability to develop strong customer management skills, proactively understanding and responding to clients' needs to exceed expectations.Proficiency in learning and mastering internal systems associated with projects (e.g., Salesforce, GPMS, Trackwise).Education/ExperienceAccredited college, university, or recognized professional degree, preferably in a health-related field.2-3 years of effective project management experience working as a Project Coordinator.Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.Preferred QualificationsProficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) to communicate achievements and critical path activities.In-depth understanding of clinical trials.Basic understanding of Project Management concepts.Accreditation in Project Management from a reputable organization.
