Run what runs the world.This Position Reports Toproject operations managerMain Accountabilities Leading the project team, coordinating all operational activities by utilizing internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Specially focus on the on-time delivery, project profitability and customer satisfactions. Develop project plans (with MS project), including scheduling, cost control, quality control, and other aspects of project management. Identify, quantifying project risks, and managing them with proactive measures in early phase. Develop risk mitigation plan to ensure risks are within manageable limits. Follow all project gates achieved according to plan, be able to make quick adjustments and recovery plans for changes. Closely track all project costs to stay within budget, shall strive to increase project gross margin by proactively seeking cost saving opportunities and controlling risks, including get variation orders from customer. Cash flow management, ensure on time cash collection. Manage project site activities, Including eHouse integration, digital system commissioning, and customer acceptance test (if any). Complete all types of reports (i.e. progress report, Closeout reports etc.) and SAP operation on time and with high quality. Summarize and evaluate projects, extract lessons learned, and provide references for future projects.RequirementsMin. Education：Bachelor’s degree or aboveWorking ExperienceMore than 5 years+ work experience as project manager in Solutions industry, preferably having 3+ years’ experience in executing overseas projects.Project Experience in more than one of following segments is preferred – Data Center, Mining, Oil and Gas is preferred.Experience in electrification solutions Engineering projects is a plus.Functional Knowledge/SkillStrong project team leadership ability, with demonstrated knowledge/skills in management of project scope, cost, schedules and quality.Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Able to work in a multinational environmentMinimum basic level financial and commercial knowledge.Having technical knowledge/skill on industrial system and solutions is a plus, i.e. eHouses, Switchgear, power management system etc.Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Project. PMP certified is an advantage.Language Skill：Fluent in English writing and speaking.Personality：Good Personal Leadership, team player and can work under pressure.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Be customer and result oriented.Continuous self-learning, courage to pursue outstanding.Be able to adapt to domestic or abroad travel per project request.We value people from different backgrounds.
