Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and coachable Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Data & AI practice. This is an exciting entry-to-mid level opportunity for someone with 6–12 months of experience, ideally in software sales or a commercial role, who is looking to develop into a full-cycle 360 recruiter within 12 months. You will be trained to source, engage, and place top talent across Data, AI, and Analytics roles, including senior leadership positions like Chief Data Officers (CDO) and Chief AI Officers (CAIO). Key Responsibilities: Support the recruitment process across Data & AI roles, including research, candidate outreach, and scheduling interviews. Build relationships with clients and candidates, developing commercial awareness of the Data & AI talent market. Assist senior recruiters in placing top talent, learning full 360 recruitment skills over the first year. Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and assist in offer management. Develop a strong understanding of technical and senior-level roles in Data, AI, and Analytics. Contribute to building a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles across startups and enterprise clients. What We’re Looking For: 6–12 months of professional experience, ideally in software sales, technology, or a commercial role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn a new recruitment vertical. Interest in technology, Data, AI, and analytics is a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You’ll Learn & Achieve: Training to become a full-cycle 360 recruiter within 12 months.
