Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.We are looking for multiple highly motivated and digitally fluent Associate Remote Sales Representatives to join our innovative Remote Sales team in Seoul.This role is key to driving business growth through non-face-to-face engagement with healthcare professionals, using phone, video, email, and digital platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to generate leads, drive conversions, and deliver exceptional customer experience.At Medtronic, you will be empowered to shape your own career. We support your growth with the training, mentorship, and guidance you need to own your future success.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Conduct remote outreach to customers and hospitals to promote and sell Medtronic productsGenerate sales leads through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetingsMaintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while identifying new opportunitiesSupport the Remote Sales Manager in executing the remote sales strategyTrack and report sales activities and customer interactions regularlyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficientlyStay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositionsMeet or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-upsRequired Knowledge and Experience:Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications in any discipline1 to 3 years of Remote or Inside sales, or customer-facing experience roleComfortable with non-face-to-face (remote) sales activities, including phone, video, and digital communicationEffective written and verbal communication skills Korea languages, proficient in EnglishFamiliarity with CRM tools and remote communication platforms is a plusPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
