As an Associate, Office Experience, you will play a key role in supporting the travel and expense management for our Klookers. You’ll help ensure smooth travel and expense operations, while supporting employees with a reliable and efficient experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What You’ll DoManage travel arrangements for employees across all Klook offices worldwide.Record and track travel-related expenses accuratelyCommunicate and ensure employees follow expense and travel policiesCoordinate company travel safety programs, including travel insurance and related tasksReview and verify employee expense claimsProvide ad-hoc office support as neededWhat You’ll NeedMinimum 2 years of experience in travel management or administrative supportFamiliarity with current travel tools, platforms, and processesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailHigher Diploma or above in any disciplineFluency in EnglishAbility to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across teamsProactive, reliable, and able to handle tasks independently while escalating when needed
