Marketing Solutions is a strategic function in growing Lazada revenue and profitability. The regionally aligned direction is to invest in our top account by partnering with commercial team in enabling the media planning, digital marketing, and ads product selling capabilities across commercial organization. This role is part of the initiative to raise the bar of Lazada organizational capabilities in regards to such capabilities e.g. media planning/ digital marketing/ ads product selling.Key Responsibilities Responsible for the media revenue of an assigned portfolio of regional strategic brand accounts. Manage accounts and relationships with different local and regional stakeholders Drive brand clients’ investment in Lazada Sponsored Solutions (e.g. Sponsored Discovery, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Affiliate) as well as other relevant media solutions. Develop clients’ marketing solutions strategies, KPIs, and activities with global and key local brands and partners while driving partner satisfaction, business results, and investment growth. Become a platform and product expert, and be the go-to person for Lazada's and external advertising solutions, media planning, strategy, optimization, and measurement for partners. Advise and consult with global brands and their media agencies on budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking. Monitor the overall market trend and provide actionable insights for brands, sellers, and agency partners to utilize their marketing spend in achieving their business objectives effectively. Enable commercial team in managing the full sales cycle, from developing joint business plans and co-pitching to closing for new strategic accounts and growing existing accounts through effective strategies, including budgeting, optimization, and solution adoption. Develop and conduct media/product trainings for strategic account partners. Build and manage education and communication initiatives. Streamline and provide product updates, market trends and best practices.Job Requirements: (Must have) Bachelor degrees in business, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years in account management, digital marketing, or media sales that includes data-driven analysis of campaign performance. A strong Understanding in digital marketing especially on online advertising solutions. Account Management/Sales skill with passion in doing sales roles. Analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Project management skills with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional capacity. Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently and idiomatically.Job RequirementsRequirements/Qualifications (must have):Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceAt least 2-3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, agency and/or e-commerceBasic understanding of digital marketing and online advertisingStrong communication and presentation skillsSolid analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data with proficiency in Excel and data analysisStrong stakeholder management, service orientation, and adaptability to changeAble to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environmentProfessional verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and EnglishRequirements/Qualifications (good To Have)Experience in brand management, performance marketing and/or media planningExperience in ecosystem-level projects or scaled initiatives, or helping build teams or businesses from the ground upAbility to understand departmental goals and support processes that align with business objectivesStrong project management and process improvement skills with attention to detail
