You have a passion for marketing, technology, and OTA ecosystem. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of campaign and social media from strategy formulation, target identification, execution implementation and performance result analysis. This requires you to maintain deep knowledge of Trip.com’s markets and within other OTA markets.You will also closely liaise and work effectively with cross-functional team to create, evaluate, and execute the campaign plans. Given the multi-dimensional nature of the role, we are seeking someone who has a combination of strong project management skills, positive attitude, great teamwork, multitasking, organizational ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.In this Role, you’ll get to: * Oversee and maintain social media on various platforms to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and sales with our target audience. * Strategize, develop, and execute social media strategy across the different Trip.com products. * Produce localized contents in different social media channels that fit with local customers in multiple formats such as short form video. * Plan and run social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements. * Monitor, foster a positive interaction, and respond to comments and messages * Analyze performance metrics and optimize social media to achieve maximum exposure and/or not limited to ROI. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, flight, hotel, etc. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media trends to identify new opportunities for business growth. * Performing other duties when needed.What you'll Need to Succeed: * A minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field * A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experiences in social media or marketing operation role. * Excellent operation skills in social media, marketing planning & execution * Creative, able to produce brilliant ideas and contents with originality. * Familiarity in using social media advertisement tools. * Good in English (written and verbal) to work in multicultural working environment. * Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapt to fast-paced environment and the rapid changes of business conditions.Why Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
