Do you thrive in influencing and implementing social experiences for local audiences?Join our Global Social Media team and bring your digital expertise to collaborate and contribute to the LEGO Group’s social media activity across France and Spain!This is a fantastic chance to develop and implement social media strategies and activations that inspire and engage our consumers and fans with authentic, impactful storytelling on our local social media channels.This is an 8-month temporary contract. No relocation assistance will be provided for this role.** Please apply with a CV in English **Core ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningLocalise and implement our 2026 Global Social Media strategy for France and Spain, ensuring alignment with local marketing prioritiesDevelop data-led social media plans that drive brand engagement and business growth, supporting both global and local contentIdentify local trends, cultural moments, and influencer opportunities to keep the LEGO® brand relevantPartner with local management and the media agency to plan and manage 2026 organic content boostingContent Development & PublishingManage the local social content calendar and publish across Instagram, Facebook, and other key platformsPartner with the Social Content & Editorial Manager and external agencies to localize and translate social contentCo-lead with local Marketing and PR teams to brief agencies and ensure high-quality, on-brand content for local occasions, events, and activations.Community & Influencer EngagementCollaborate with the Community Management & Moderation team (CMM) for timely, authentic engagementSupport issue and crisis response with brand-safe, audience-appropriate communicationMeasurement & OptimisationTrack and analyze content and channel performance to inform and optimize future plansLeverage social listening to find opportunities and content moments for the French and Spanish markets.Play your part in our team succeeding The Global Social Media team helps to shape the global marketing agenda, translating global and local strategies into impactful and engaging social media for our audiences.Our social media vision is to drive relevance and brand love across local audiences, while operating globally to generate scale and impact.Do you have what it takes?Proven experience managing social media strategy and implementation for large, complex consumer organizationsConfident working within sophisticated structures and collaborating efficiently with global teams, agencies, and cross-functional partnersFluent in French, Spanish and EnglishStrong understanding of the social media ecosystem, including social listening, analytics, and working with influencers / creatorsSkilled at crafting engaging, brand-safe social content and building active online communitiesPassionate about internet culture, trends, and creative storytellingWillingness to travel as requiredApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
