From startups to enterprise clients, we build technology brick by brick, powered by AI.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver robust software solutions.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies in Java and microservice ecosystems.Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot application development.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is a plus.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and teamwork mindset.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2 years of professional experience as a Java Developer / Software Engineer.Experience with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and REST API development.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and skill enhancement.Onsite working setup with modern office facilities.
