Associate – Tactical Opportunities (Finance and Strategy)

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Director of Tactical Opportunities, supporting Anda’s most strategic initiatives across new ventures, partnerships, financing, and expansion.What you’ll do:Conduct strategy and market analysis to evaluate new ventures and opportunities.Support financing and fundraising initiatives, including business plans, financial models, and investor materials.Drive partnerships and expansion projects, from early scoping to execution.Prepare high-quality presentations and analyses for senior leadership and investors.Work cross-functionally with other Anda teams to turn ideas into concrete projects.Requirements:2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or investment.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English (Portuguese a strong plus).Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Nice to have:Experience in startups, mobility, or fintech.Exposure to African markets or international business.Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.Why Join?Work side-by-side with senior leadership on high-impact projects.Be part of one of the most exciting growth journeys in Africa.Accelerated learning and career development in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.How to Apply: Send your CV to e.kachiungo@andaafrica.com with the subject line “Associate – Tactical Opportunities_Name”.
